The Milford Youth Organization is made up entirely of volunteers. The strength of the program is only as good as the volunteers who help keep it going. We need your help to keep us on the path of a New Park, New Vision, and New Direction. Taking time to volunteer can be demanding. However, your efforts are greatly rewarded with the positive impact that you provide to the youth participating in our program. Background Check All Head and Assistant Coaches must complete a background check. Milford Youth Organization reserves the right to approve or reject volunteer coaching registration. Coaching Responsibilities - We will make this easy by providing you with weekly practice materials, drills, plays, playbooks, video and all the instruction you need to make it a fun learning experience for the kids. Run practice, make game lineups and manage game time substitutions. Coaches receive a free USA Football coach membership that provides access to all the additional online football tools and resources that you will need. Every coach will receive a FREE USA Football Coach's Membership with access to: • Coaching Certification • Practice Planners and Animated Drills Library • 3D Animated Drills Library • Health & Safety Content Volunteer today by completing the registration process on this site. In addition to completing the application, all volunteers must complete the following training modules: Concussion Management (CDC's Heads Up Course) and Mandatory Reporting.
